During William Branham’s ministry, which lasted over 30 years, were thousands of events and situations prophesied that either have come to pass or have yet to come to pass whether it be a single event in one person’s life or great world events. These prophecies are documented throughout the more than 1200 messages that were recorded and are available through voice of God Recordings which is ran by William Branham’s son Joseph Branham.

William Branham or Brother Branham was born with a spiritual gift that allowed him to see things in people’s lives or events that has happened, is happening or going to happen. There was times in his life where he saw things that he did not want to see but God used Brother Branham and this gift to take a message to the world. Just as it was with other Prophets in the scriptures and with Jesus Christ, great things took place in that man’s life. Not only were their prophecies but healings and miracles and other supernatural things that happened to prove that God was with that man. As it was said in John 10:37‭-‬38 KJV “If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him”. The works of the father is the supernatural because God is supernatural yet God does things in such a simple and humble way that the vast majority of the people miss what God is doing. We try to judge the way God does things by our teaching and understanding of what we think the scriptures mean when God can do things in such a simple way yet supernatural way that we miss it completely.

You will find in Brother Branham’s message “Life Story” and other accounts in the Message that the supernatural was with him all his life yet he was such a simple man and humble man who completely trusted God to keep His Word that when the supernatural took place it often times surprised him. You will find if you search the scriptures that it tells us to be simple and humble and childlike. Being childlike is having such a faith and confidence in what someone tells you that there’s nothing in you that doubts what they say and that’s the way Brother Branham approached the Word of God. He had such a confidence that God would keep his word yet he approached it in such a simple and humble way that God honored what he said. It’s when we question everything and doubt and let pride get in the way of seeng the simplicity of God that we miss what God is trying to do. Jesus said in John 14:12‭-‬14 KJV “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it”. In this scripture it says “greater works than these shall he do” which there can’t be anything greater then what Jesus did but in this greater means more. Great things took place during Jesus’s ministry such as miracles, healings, prophecies and other supernatural events yet his ministry only lasted 3 and 1/2 years. William Branham’s ministry lasted over 30 years and during that time many supernatural things took place that are spoke of in the Messages and Brother Branham said there was way more things took place that he didn’t speak of. During Jesus’s ministry there was three people raised from the dead yet there was five documented by doctor statements and more undocumented of people being raised from the dead during Brother Branham’s ministry and only God can give life.

              In closing, what makes William Branham a Prophet. Prophets have the Word of the Lord and Brother Branham had a message to the people of the world. A majority of the time signs, wonders and miracles take place in a Prophet’s life and these things were with and around Brother Branham all his life. A Prophets message and his life are identified in the scriptures and Brother Branham’s message and life are scriptural. A Prophet will have “thus saith the Lord” and it will happen and that took place in Brother Branham’s ministry. There are many other things that could be said that identify Brother Branham as a Prophet but as you listen to the messages and study the scriptures you will see that God was definitely with Brother Branham.
