That old God dishonoring proverb says.. "God helps those who help themselves," ... How ridiculous

56-0610 PERFECTION_ SUNDAY_
« E-17 Look at it. In the world today, where all this ism rises up. Watch on all the cults of non-meat eating, and a legalist that, "I've got to do so-and-so. If I don't speak with tongues; if I don't do this; if I don't shout; if I don't dance, there's something wrong with me." That's legalism. We are saved by grace through faith.
Nothing what you done. It's what He did. He did what you couldn't do. If you could've saved yourself, then He wouldn't have had to die. But He died in order to save you, where you could not save yourself.
That old God dishonoring proverb says, "God helps those who can't help themselves," or "God helps those who help themselves," they say. That's just vice versa. If you can help yourself, God expects you to do it. God helps those who cannot help theirself. And you can't help yourself to be saved, so God by His grace saved you.

« E-18 Now, notice how beautiful. The law, great in the eternity, how God foresaw this loop. And if He is infinite and cannot--cannot be nothing else... Let me just take just about five minutes to drive this down tight, and nail it so it'll never slip from your minds again.
May the Holy Spirit then come and weld it together with love, so that you'll never leave it. Now, look. God Who cannot lie, God Who is infinite... And I say this again for a people who can't seem to center theirself on Divine healing: if God promised it, God has got to take care of His promise, can't leave it.

55-1006E THE.POWER.OF.GOD_ THURSDAY_
« E-46 Satan's power: limited. Faith's power brings to pass God's revealed revelation. God helps those who cannot act and help themselves.
The old dishonoring God, proverb that said, "God helps those who help themself"... How ridiculous, God helps those who can't help themselves. Amen. Oh, isn't He wonderful?
The power of God, what it does. The power of God's the only thing that can give Eternal Life. The power of God is the only thing. It's the power of God that built a tree. All the science in the world can't build a tree. God's power built the tree. God's power keeps me alive.

« E-47 If God calls for you, all the hospital, the oxygen tents, and pull-motors in the world couldn't keep you here. Salvation is of the Lord. It's God's power that feeds the sparrow. It's God's power that speaks to the little duck up yonder. There is nobody goes up there and shoos him off the lake, and say, "Go on down to Louisiana." No, sir. It's God's power that shoos him off the lake. The little fellow don't know which way to go. It's God's power that directs him to the south. Hallelujah.

It's God's power that directs them to Jesus Christ. It's God's power that brought the wise men to the cradle. It's God's power that thrills the soul of every believer. Amen. God's power to help those who cannot help themself. Amen.

Forced Religion is Babylon

"And that's exactly what the church is today, "If you don't attend Sunday school, if you don't do this, and have to hire you to do this and do this and do that, you're out of the picture.""

"It's a forced thing, it's forced upon you, see, and that's Babylon. But in Christ, you come in by election; not by force, your heart pulls you in.""

65-1128M GOD'S.ONLY.PROVIDED.PLACE.OF.WORSHIP
202 Notice, nothing in the Bible types the denominations but Babylon. And Babylon was founded by Nimrod, and Nimrod was a renegade. And he had a bunch of women in there, was supposed to be his queens, that was prophetess. They even think that old Balaam come from that section, they had roots and so forth. They worshipped, you know (many of you scholars that reading Hislop's Two Babylons, and so forth, and the history of the church), and how they--they did. And they had women that done this, and women... a goddess, and everything, and it was a forced religion. Everybody, every city around Babylon was compelled to come to Babylon to worship under Nimrod at the tower. See? That's right. They were forced to do it, debate it. There's where the confusion come.
203 And that's exactly what the church is today, "If you don't attend Sunday school, if you don't do this, and have to hire you to do this and do this and do that, you're out of the picture."

204 Out there in Tucson, is listening in this morning, I once wondered... I've always constraining people, "Go to church, no matter where you go." And I seen the people kind of pulling back, and going this way. And I thought, "What's the matter?"
205 I went to some of them, "The first day you're there, they'll approach you, 'Join our church.' If you don't do it, you're not welcome." See? See? It's a forced thing, it's forced upon you, see, and that's Babylon. But in Christ, you come in by election; not by force, your heart pulls you in.
206 God did not put His name then in Babylon. Closely now. He cannot put His Name in Babylon, the churches. Oh, they, they put His Name in there, but He never. No.

207 You say, "Well, now, Brother Branham!" Wait, wait, just sit still just a minute. You asked me to stay a little longer. All right. Now notice, they put His Name in there, but He didn't.
208 Now, He said, "The place that I'm going to meet you and receive your sacrifice is where I choose to put My Name. You come in at this gate, this door where I choose to put My Name. There's where you come."
209 Well, they put, "This is the Church of Christ." If there's anything that's wrong in that declaration, it left out one word: "anti." Uh-huh, all that He taught, they disagree with It. Modern Pharisees.

210 But we must find where He did put His Name, for in It is His only provided gate. Amen! Glory! Watch! Where did He put His Name? In His Son.
211 "Oh," you say, "now wait a minute, Brother Branham. That was the Son, not the Father."
212 The son always takes the name of his father in every case. I come to this earth in the name of a Branham because my father's name was Branham.
213 Jesus said, "I came in My Father's Name, and you received Me not." You want the Scripture on that? Saint John 5:43. See? "I--I came in My Father's Name, and you received Me not." Then the Father put His Own Name, which is "Jesus," in the Son. And He's the Way, He's the Door, He's the House, He's where God chose to put His Name. Hymn Story 😊

After graduating from Oral Roberts University, Martin Nystrom admittedly felt a little overwhelmed by the responsibilities in the ministry. He was engaged in many church related activities like joining the christian television ministry. However, Marty's spiritual life had been negatively impacted by stress as a result of all of his schoolwork and several extracurricular activities.

One day, his room mate, who happens to be a vibrant christian, challenged him to go fasting and spend more time with GOD rather than the ministries he was involved with.

Marty accepted the challenge, and on the ninth day of the fast, he was sitting down at the piano in a classroom at the school and attempting to compose a song. He was merely playing chord progressions when he saw a Bible open to Psalm 42 on a music stand.

After reading the verse, he began to sing its message, exactly how it was written. He wrote the first verse and the chorus of the song, right off the page. The entire song was completed in a matter of minutes!

He then realized that, although, he's engaged with so many church related activities, it will eventually drain him without feeding himself with the Word of GOD. He realized that he needed GOD in order to survive the pressures and stress of this world. He also realized that even though he is actively participating in these ministries, it will eventually cause him "spiritual exhaustion".

Though Mr. Nystrom had not intended to perform the song publicly, he shared it with a friend and, eventually, this composition was made popular and was entitled, "As the Deer".

~ Psalms 42:1
"As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God."

Lamp to Your Feet [OurDailyStrength.com]

Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Everyone is walking a path. Whether you feel like you know what path you are on or not, you are headed somewhere. Everyone is also walking in a world that is covered in “Gross darkness”, as the Prophet explained from Isaiah 60:1-2

Isaiah 60:1-2
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Fortunately, the Lord has given us the Word as our lantern, to hold up and light our path.

The Lord wants us to walk by faith, and for a Believer, walking by faith is the only way to please the Lord. However, not knowing what lies ahead requires a certain amount of light to be able to walk.

The Lord directs the footsteps of His children (Psalms 37:23)

Psalms 37:23-24
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: And he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: For the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

If you are walking by faith, walking in the Word for your day, staying true to where the Lord has brought you by revelation in His Word, then you are on His path. The enemy’s goal is to get you to doubt you are on the right path or doubt where you are headed.

The thing about a lantern is that it never shows or illuminates everything around you; it only shows what is a few feet in front of you. The light of the Word is there for you to hold out in front of you, to light the path that you have to walk. But you will only be able to see and know the few steps ahead of you, so just keep walking by faith in what you know. Don’t worry about the unseen path ahead.

The Word of God is there to help you understand what is right in front of you. Hold it up high, and let it shine before you and guide you in all that He leads you to do. The Prophet of our day, Bro. Branham, was the sound that finished the mysteries of God to His Bride (Revelations 10:7). Stay in the Message of our day, and let the Holy Spirit open your eyes of understanding to the Word.

Just keep walking and hold the lamp out in front of you.

You can know and trust, all eternity with Christ lays at the end of the path. Your circumstances might become clear right away or further down the road. You may not see the reason behind your circumstances until way down the path.Just hold the lamp up and keep walking.

64-0719M — The Feast Of The Trumpets
I said, "The lantern won't show the light right on the house. Oh, no. But that path will lead to the house. But that lantern will only show light for one step at a time.",We'll walk in the Light, the beautiful Light; one step at a time, Lord, coming closer to Him. Yeah. Children of the Light, accept His Word, keep walking and watch more unfold. Don't leave It, no matter what somebody else says. Stay right in That and just keep walking with It, watch It unfold and reveal Itself. The Word is a Seed; a seed in the right kind of ground will bring forth its kind.

Something struck me today as I was listening to a science radio show about the eclipse. Do you realize the insane "coincidence" that the earth and moon are precisely the perfect distance apart to create a full eclipse? The radio host was commenting on the mathematical miracle of this... and he was rightfully marveling - at the pure "coincidence" at the distances that produce this effect. Use your arm and hold a penny up to the full moon one night... you'll quickly realize on a monster scale - why this is pretty unbelievably "deliberate" spacing that causes this phenomenon. If the moon were just a little further out or the sun slightly closer... you wouldn't have a full eclipse. Is this a consequence of chance? Or the handy-work of a creative being fearfully and deliberately placing everything from the stars to little biddy you... exactly where He wants you. Something to think about huh? Just wanted to share my goosebumps-all-over snowy day moment of revelation. 🙂 ... See MoreSee Less

What is a Penny

I know it's Friday. But thanks be to God that Sunday's coming!

It's Friday.
Jesus is praying.
Peter's a sleeping.
Judas is betraying.
But Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
Pilate's struggling.
The council is conspiring.
The crowd is vilifying.
They don't even know that Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
The disciples are running
Like sheep without a shepherd.
Mary's crying.
Peter is denying.
But they don't know that Sunday's a comin'.

It's Friday.
The Romans beat my Jesus.
They robe him in scarlet.
They crown him with thorns.
But they don't know that Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
See Jesus walking to Calvary.
His blood dripping.
His body stumbling.
And his spirit's burdened.
But you see, it's only Friday.
Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
The world's winning.
People are sinning.
And evil's grinning.

It's Friday.
The soldiers nail my Savior's hands to the cross.
They nail my Savior's feet to the cross.
And then they raise him up next to criminals.

It's Friday.
But let me tell you something,
Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
The disciples are questioning.
What has happened to their King.
And the Pharisees are celebrating
That their scheming has been achieved.
But they don't know It's only Friday.
Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
He's hanging on the cross.
Feeling forsaken by his Father.
Left alone and dying.
Can nobody save him?
Ooooh It's Friday.
But Sunday's comin'.

It's Friday.
The earth trembles.
The sky grows dark.
My King yields his spirit.

It's Friday.
Hope is lost.
Death has won.
Sin has conquered and Satan's just a laughin'.

It's Friday.
Jesus is buried.
A soldier stands guard.
And a rock is rolled into place.
But it's Friday. It is only Friday.
Sunday is a comin'!

"If you did drive this morning here in your automobile, that automobile was not made just to see if it could be made. The materials was not wasted by man. It was put here for a purpose and to serve a purpose.

The clothing that you wear was not just to see if somebody could fashion something. It was for a purpose. The food that you eat was not grown on the earth just to see it grow. It was made to serve a purpose. And God did not have to just make a tree just to be a tree. He made a tree for a purpose. And God did not make you and I just to see if He could do it.

He made us for a purpose. Therefore, there is a purpose of us all being here. You're not here just to be another human being. You are here because that God made you for some purpose. You're not here just to eat the food that God growed. You're not here just to live in the house that--that man made, or to wear the clothing that someone fashioned. ♪♫ If We Never Meet Again ♫♪ | Hadassah Elkins

"If We Never Meet Again This Side Of Heaven"
Soon we’ll come to the end of life’s journey
And perhaps we’ll never meet anymore
‘Til we gather in heaven’s bright city
Far away on that beautiful shore

If we never meet again this side of heaven
As we struggle through this world and its strife
There’s another meeting place somewhere in heaven
By the river of life

Where the charming roses bloom forever
And where separation come no more
If we never meet again this side of heaven
I will meet you on that beautiful shore

Oh so often we are parted with sorrow
And action often quietens our pain
But we never shall sorrow in heaven
God be with you till we meet again

-----------------------------------------
"In The Sweet By and By"
There's a land that is fairer than day
And by faith we can see it afar
For the Father waits over the way
To prepare us a dwelling place there

In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore
In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore

We shall sing on that beautiful shore
The melodious songs of the blessed
And our spirit shall sorrow no more
Not a sign for the blessing of rest

In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore
In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore

In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore
In the sweet by and by
We shall meet on that beautiful shore

Finding My Way Home- Testimony of Phillip Roncali

Phillip Roncali’s testimony is a testimony that should be heard around the world. A perfect example for those praying for their father, mother, brother sister and loved ones to come back home. From an impossible situation to a reality, God makes all things possible.

"The other day when Phillip was helping me flip our mattresses over, we found two prayer cloths underneath his side of the mattress. One was from Bro. Jewel Forney.. I'll never forget that day when Sadie and I had both went up for prayer for Phillip ... I remember it bringing Bro.Jewel to tears, to see a little girl asking for her Daddy's salvation. That was a few years ago...More recently Lily had went up for prayer for Phillip. This time Bro.Timothy was preaching and after he prayed with her, he gave her his handkerchief that had the word "Daddy" embroidered on it.He instructed her to put it under her Daddy's mattress. I remember thinking to myself, that I already had one under there :(... At the time, everything seemed so impossible, but we kept on saying that he was coming, even when our hearts were too broken to really believe it... Listen, we serve such an awesome God, that can put back the pieces of a shattered life, that can heal scars, that can restore identity."

Believers Testimonies

After his graduation from Trinity College, Joseph M. Scriven excitedly awaited to the day he would finally marry his lifelong partner. She was his childhood sweetheart, and all of the wedding preparations were made. But tragedy occurred the day before the wedding. Something frightened the young woman's horse as she rode to meet him, and she was thrown into the nearby river. The impact knocked her unconscious and she drowned shortly before Joseph arrived to meet her.

Joseph was greatly distressed by the sight of his house in Ireland after this terrible loss, so he quickly departed for Ontario, Canada, where he lived out the rest of his days in Port Hope. He committed his life to helping others in the community and was well-known for not turning away those in need that could not repay him.

Eventually, he began tutoring the children of a man in town, and in the process, fell in love with the man's niece, Eliza. The two planned on getting married in 1854, but Eliza passed away at the age of 23 from illness just before her wedding. Tragic events once more consumed Joseph Scriven's life as the second anticipated marriage date never happened.

Throughout the struggles and loss of his life, Scriven continued to find solace in the nearness of God, whom he described as his closest friend. It is unclear as to when the lyrics he penned were put to music, as he initially sent them in a letter to his mother, intending that they be seen only by her.

His words serve as a reminder that even though life might be difficult and terrible at times, we have someone who is closer to us than any person could ever be and who supports us no matter what. He found a friend in Jesus - the one who can help, comfort and give him strength in times of trouble. 🙏💛

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

She gave me a little present. It was a little envelope. In talking to the child, I never thought much about it. I stuck it in my pocket. When I got home, it was a Valentine. I thought, “How sweet.” A little girl, and loveliest little verse, and I…If she’s in the audience tonight, I certainly thank you, sweetheart, and that means a whole lot to me to know. And it’s about something about friends.

Attitude Determines Outcome [OurDailyStrength.com]

Colossians 3:23 - And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.

During World War II, Victor Frankl, an Austrian neurologist and psychologist, experienced his entire life being stripped away from him at a Nazi concentration camp. His entire family was killed by the Nazis. The soldiers tortured and abused him, and everything he loved was taken away. He later wrote this about being in the concentration camp, “Everything can be taken from a man or a woman but one thing: the last of human freedoms to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” What he experienced was everything being taken away from him and, yet, he learned that we have the right to choose our attitude about the circumstances we are not able to change.

A Believer has all of heaven within himself if he is truly born again into Christ. Yet sometimes we fail to live up to our full potential. One of the main problems is simply our attitude. The attitude with which we approach the Lord and the situation or circumstance we are facing will greatly affect our outcome.

Here in Colossians, Paul tells the people that in whatever they do to do it with all your being behind it and with all your heart, like you were doing it for the Lord and not for men. Victor Frankl realized that even in front of Nazi soldiers who were beating him, that having the attitude of defeat and disregard for what happened to him wouldn’t get him anywhere. Shouldn’t we have the same approach to the Lord and Savior of our lives?

Check your attitude about what is going on in your life. Go to the Lord with the attitude, “Lord in whatever circumstance I am in, or in whatever change you would allow to happen, let me stand on your Word and go at it with all my heart and being.”

65-0426 - "Proving His Word"
28 I want to speak just for a few moments, and that will be just a few moments, ’cause I want to get them people with the prayer cards up here and pray for them. And omitting any other thing but just praying for the sick. But before we pray for the sick, we’ve got to get the people in that attitude. It’s the attitude that always brings the results. It’s the attitude that you take towards God.

29 Here is a woman touched His garment, she was healed, with a blood issue. A soldier spit in His face and put a crown of thorns on His head, and felt no virtue.

30 It’s your approach. The attitude is what it takes. And that’s what it is tonight, dear friend, it takes the attitude. We are, and believe that we are, in the Presence of Jesus Christ, but it’s your attitude that brings the results. The mechanics is here, and so is the dynamics. If you can just get started, God will do the rest.

What are our Bodies Made of? (online article)
For decades, science popularizers have said humans are made of stardust, and now, a new survey of 150,000 stars shows just how true the old cliché is: Humans and their galaxy have about 97 percent of the same kind of atoms, and the elements of life appear to be more prevalent toward the galaxy's center, the research found.

The crucial elements for life on Earth, often called the building blocks of life, can be abbreviated as CHNOPS: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and sulfur. For the first time, astronomers have cataloged the abundance of these elements in a huge sample of stars.

Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only about 0.85% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium.

Summary of William Branham Quotes
- Your body is full of light, X-ray proves that… that's cosmic light that's in you, that you're made up, full of light cells..
- But God is a different Light, but yet He's Light. Now, I think of the picture there is a great proof of what I'm fixing to say, that God is Light. And when we were walking in Light of God, as sons of God; God's not cosmic light, but God's Life operated through the cosmic light of our bodies, our cells

60-1218 THE.UNCERTAIN.SOUND
« 37 † Now, when we were made, if--when we were made. And they just found out, recently, that your body is full of light. X-ray proves that. The x-ray does not have any light of its own. It's your light that it uses. You're born with four rays. After a little while, say twenty, twenty-five, one ray goes out; and thirty-five, another; or forty, another one goes out; and finally when you get pass about sixty-five, you're living on your last ray. And every time you take a x-ray picture, you're tearing them rays down. That's the reason you don't have no more... and you stick these kids' feet in them machines, because it was just tearing the rays right out of their little bodies. And that's cosmic light that's in you, that you're made up, full of light cells. Now, that's cosmic light.

« 38 † But God is a different Light, but yet He's Light. Now, I think of the picture there is a great proof of what I'm fixing to say, that God is Light. And when we were walking in Light of God, as sons of God; God's not cosmic light, but God's Life operated through the cosmic light of our bodies, our cells. And we become... We were absolutely at one time, real genuine sons of God. But then when the fall came...
And then where the fruit of the Spirit today is love, joy, faith, long-suffering, meekness, gentleness, patience, all supernatural, it's just got to a spot to where all the whole body, just so gradual...
Like a seaweed you get in the bottom of a sea. A lot of times, divers, and they'll get under these seaweeds. And before they know it, they're wrapped in such a way they can't get out of it.
Well, that's the way sin has done the human being. That's the way coldness has done the church. That's the way communists has done the nation. It's so treacherous. And then in the human body, it wrapped us, and is pushing out this Light of God, by denominations, and denying faith, and so forth, it's pushed out all the rays of God's great power of faith (See?), that's in us (that should be). He's pushed all those rays out in such a place, till we just got to a lodge; and--and then now below the lodge, the church is, 'cause it's just pushed all the darkness out. And even just saying it, "It doesn't happen," denying that it could happen (See?), the miracles of God.

The Hebrew Language is The DNA of Creation - Rabbi Mordechai Kraft

Mordechai Kraft walks us through the unique structure and design of the Hebrew Alphabet and how the letters and words has a deeper meaning from God than just a pronunciation. In this video you will see so many types and parallels that align from the Old Testament to the New Testament even to this Spoken Word Bride Age that we are living it.

John 1:1/14 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. - And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Introduction to the Hebrew Alphabet
The Hebrew alphabet is used for biblical Hebrew, Modern Hebrew, Jewish Aramaic, Yiddish, and Ladino. It consists of 22 letters, all consonants, none of which are lowercase. Each letter has its own sound and numerical value. In addition, the presence of a dagesh (a dot placed within a letter to add emphasis) can modify the sound of a letter, essentially making one letter into two; although, how one pronounces these sounds varies. Over the centuries, pronunciation has changed to the point that some communities have lost the distinction between the sounds of certain letters of the Hebrew Alphabet.

The letters and the words they form are holy, with layers of meaning from the literal to the mystical. It was pronounced by G‑d when the Jews received the Torah at Sinai, and it is read from the Torah by Jews all over the world. The Hebrew letters are precise. Every letter and every vowel has a distinct pronunciation. Though some of these distinctions were lost to some communities over the years, they were preserved by other communities.

Below is the Hebrew alphabet in alphabetical order.

The Hebrew Letters

To the world, It's a bunch of foolishness. But, to God, It's the only way. The only thing that He requires is that Token. It must be there. And you cannot have the Token until the fare is paid, then you are a possessor of the Token which gives you the--the privilege of a free pass. "I'll see the Blood, I'll pass over you." What a time, that, what a privilege, to know that you pack, within you, the Pass. "When I see the Blood, I'll pass over you." It's the only thing that He'll recognize. It's nothing else that can take Its place; no substitute, no denomination, no nothing else. It takes That. God said, "That alone will I see." - Token 63-0901M ... See MoreSee Less

SMYRNAEAN.CHURCH.AGE - CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.4
Why does He stand by? The reason is in Romans 8:17-18,

"And if children, then heirs, heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."

Unless we suffer with Him we cannot reign with Him. You have to suffer to reign. The reason for this is that character simply is never made without suffering.

Character is a VICTORY, not a gift.

A man without character can't reign because power apart from character is Satanic. But power with character is fit to rule. And since He wants us to share even His throne on the same basis that He overcame and is set down in His Father's throne, then we have to overcome to sit with Him. And the little temporary suffering we go through now is not worthy to be compared to the tremendous glory that will be revealed in us when He comes. Oh, what treasures are laid up for those who are willing to enter into His kingdom through much tribulation.

The Eyeball 😲

Your eyeballs are amazing. Did You know, at the back of your eye there are 137,000,000 light sensitive cells in one square inch called your retina. All of them wired straight to the brain.

How would you like to hookup 137,000,000 electrical connections in one square inch? You know, your eyeball is amazing. It would take a minimum of a hundred years of cray computer time to simulate what takes place in your eye many times every second.

You eyeballs are amazing. But this text book says the complex structure of the human eye maybe the product of millions of years of evolution. Why doesn't God get the glory for what he did?

If painting is proof there was a painter, even if you never see the guy, a building is proof there was a builder and a watch is proof there was a watchmaker. And design the creation is proof there was a creator. See, design simply demands a designer. Period.

Invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen. They are without excuse. The Bible says there's no excuse. The psalm is said when I consider the heavens, you know, God knows that the study of science will draw us to him. Satan knows that too. So Satan has worked really hard in the field of science to make sure it pushes kids away from God.

Rain slid down the gorge cracks and accumulated along the steep trail. The man accelerated the pace, advancing through water and mud, hoping to escape the storm's ferocity. He slipped his hand down the rough edge of the limestone slope and suddenly he found it: a deep crack. Here he turned around and got into the narrow walls, away from the wind and threatening rain. I would wait for the storm to pass, under the cloak of rock.

As the elements whipped the man, he remembered the greatness of the God he served; Thought followed thought, and words piled up like clouds until the young man could no longer contain inspiration. Finding the only thing he could write (an old cardboard), Augustus Toplady scribbled “Rock of Eternity” and one of the most beloved hymns of believers was born. 1762, Burrington, England

Rock of Eternity,
You were open for me;
Be my faithful hiding place,
I only find peace in You;
Rich , clean spring ,
In which I washed up.

Even though he's always faithful,
Though I cry without ceasing,
Of sin I shall not
Justification to achieve;;
In You alone having faith,
Such a debt I can pay.

As long as I shall live,
And as soon as they expire,
When am I going to reply
In Your court of August,
Be my faithful hiding place,
Rock of Eternity.

FAMOUS ATHEISTS' LAST WORDS BEFORE DEATH

1. CAESAR BORGIA—Italian nobleman, politician, and cardinal: "While I lived, I provided for everything but death; now I must die, and am unprepared to die."

2. THOMAS HOBBS—Political philosopher: "I say again, if I had the whole world at my disposal, I would give it to live one day. I am about to take a leap into the dark."

3. THOMAS PAYNE—The leading atheistic writer in American colonies: "Stay with me, for God's sake; I cannot bear to be left alone , O Lord, help me! O God, what have I done to suffer so much? What will become of me hereafter? I would give worlds if I had them, that The Age of Reason had never been published. 0 Lord, help me! Christ, help me! No, don't leave; stay with me! Send even a child to stay with me; for I am on the edge of hell here alone. If ever the Devil had an agent, I have been that one."

4. SIR THOMAS SCOTT—Chancellor of England: "Until this moment I thought there was neither a God nor a hell. Now I know and feel that there are both, and I am doomed to perdition by the just judgment of the Almighty."

5. VOLTAIRE—famous anti-christian atheist: "I have swallowed nothing but smoke. I have intoxicated myself with the incense that turned my head. I am abandoned by God and man.” He said to his physician, Dr. Fochin: “I will give you half of what I am worth if you will give me six months of life." When he was told this was not possible, he said “Then I shall die and go to hell!" His nurse said: “For all the money in Europe I wouldn’t want to see another unbeliever die! All night long he cried for forgiveness.”

6. ROBERT INGERSOLL—American writer and orator during the Golden Age of Free Thought: "O God, if there be a God, save my soul, if I have a soul!" Some say it was said this way: "Oh God, if there be a God, save my soul, if I have a soul, from hell, if there be a hell!

7. DAVID HUME—Atheist philosopher famous for his philosophy of empiricism and skepticism of religion: He cried loud on his death bed "I am in flames!" It is said his desperation was a horrible scene.

8. NAPOLEON BONAPARTE—French emperor who, like Adolf Hitler, brought death to millions to satisfy his greedy, power-mad, selfish ambitions for world conquest: "I die before my time, and my body will be given back to the earth. Such is the fate of him who has been called the great Napoleon. What an abyss between my deep misery and the eternal kingdom of Christ!”

9. SIR FRANCIS NEWPORT—Head of an English Atheist club, to those gathered around his deathbed: "You need not tell me there is no God, for I know there is one, and that I am in his presence! You need not tell me there is no hell. I feel myself already slipping. Wretches, cease your idle talk about there being hope for me! I know I am lost forever! Oh, that fire! Oh, the insufferable pangs of hell! Oh, that I could lie for a thousand years upon the fire that is never quenched, to purchase the favor of God and be united to Him again. But it is a fruitless wish. Millions and millions of years will bring me no nearer the end of my torments than one poor hour. Oh, eternity, eternity forever and forever! Oh, the insufferable pangs of Hell!”

10. CHARLES IX—The French king. Urged on by his mother, he gave the order for the massacre of the French Huguenots, in which 15,000 souls were slaughtered in Paris alone and 100,000 in other sections of France, for no other reason than that they loved Christ. The guilty king suffered miserably for years after that event. He finally died, bathed in blood bursting from his veins. To his physicians, he said in his last hours: "Asleep or awake, I see the mangled forms of the Huguenots passing before me. They drop with blood. They point at their open wounds. Oh! That I had spared at least the little infants at the bosom! What blood! I know not where I am. How will all this end? What shall I do? I am lost forever! I know it. Oh, I have done wrong."

11. DAVID STRAUSS—Leading representative of German rationalism, after spending a lifetime erasing belief in God from the minds of others: "My philosophy leaves me utterly forlorn! I feel like one caught in the merciless jaws of an automatic machine, not knowing at what time one of its great hammers may crush me!"

12. JOSEF STALIN—Soviet Georgian revolutionary and politician. In a Newsweek interview with Svetlana Stalin, the daughter of Josef Stalin, she told of her father's death: "My father died a difficult and terrible death. . .God grants an easy death only to the just. At what seemed the very last moment, he suddenly opened his eyes and cast a glance over everyone in the room. It was a terrible glance, insane or perhaps angry. His left hand was raised, as though he were pointing to something above and bringing down a curse on us all. The gesture was full of menace. . .the next moment he was dead."

13. ANTON LEVEY—Author of the Satanic Bible and high priest of the religion dedicated to the worship of Satan. One of his famous quotes was: “There is a beast in man that needs to be exercised, not exorcised”. His dying words were: "Oh my, oh my, what have I done, there is something very wrong. . . there is something very wrong.”

14. GANDHI—At his death, he said, “For the first time in 50 years, I find myself in the slough of despond. All about me is darkness. . .I am praying for light.”

BELOVED, compare these last words from atheists, with these last words, from these saints of God:

THE APOSTLE PAUL: “O death, where is thy sting?”

KING DAVID: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no Evil.”

AUGUSTUS MONTAGUE TOPLADY (1710-1778): Toplady will ever be famous as the author of one of the most evangelical hymns of the eighteenth century, "Rock of Ages," which was first published in 1776.

During the final illness, Toplady was greatly supported by the consolations of the gospel: "The consolations of God, to so unworthy a wretch, are so abundant that he leaves me nothing to pray for but their continuance."

Near his last, awaking from a sleep, he said: "Oh, what delights! Who can fathom the joy of the third heaven? The sky is clear, there is no cloud; come Lord Jesus, come quickly!" He died saying:"No mortal man can live after the glories which God has manifested to my soul."

Lastly, JESUS CHRIST said: “I am the resurrection and the life. He that believeth on Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”

Only fools never learn from history, and it's amazing that even in our days, with all these facts on our fingertips, someone with a mind can devote his entire life to a delusion, and want everyone to know that there is no God. No wonder the bible says, "Only fools say in their hearts, there is no God." (Psalm 14:1)

The Whirlwind (In The Days Of The Voice)

I know you will enjoy this next chapter, which portrays some of the disappointments that seven-year-old William struggled with to support his daddy’s bad drinking habit. But little did he know that during this particular journey, while carrying his water buckets from the pump to the home, he’d meet the Angel of the Lord in a tree that would change his life forever.

No Room For The King Of Kings (Christmas Video 2023)

60-1225 GOD'S.WRAPPED.GIFT - Brother William Branham
« 43 † Way into the East, and many hundreds of miles away from there, the Magi was already on their road. They'd seen His Star, and was coming to worship God's little Gift Package that He was sending to the world.
Just a little while from then, and the world was going to receive its greatest Gift that it ever received, a little Package wrapped up, a little, first little Christmas Package that was ever wrapped in all the world, God wrapped It up.
I want to break in on my thought, and say this. The greatest thing was ever wrapped in human flesh was wrapped in It, God Himself wrapped His Ownself in a Christmas Package and sent it to the world.
Why did they refuse It? Why couldn't they see It? Why did they turn It down? Why is it they didn't want It? The same reason they don't want It tonight. It wasn't handed to them in the custom that they were used to gifts being handed. That's the reason It's rejected yet tonight, is because It's not handed to the people in the custom that they have been used to receiving gifts.
But God wrapped His Own Package. He's got a right to do it; He's the One that's a-giving It. He has a right to wrap It any way He wants to wrap It. Doesn't make any difference how it is, He's got a right to do it, because He's the One that's giving the--the Gift.

« 47 † Another thing, the reason of it was, as it was then, so as it wasn't customary for them to receive It the way It was wrapped. They was expecting something, a gift coming, that would come down on chariots, with a Angel escort driving fiery horses. But when It come as a little Baby being born in a manger, little did they ever know the Scripture said, "I'll give this world a super sign."
They asked for a sign one day. He said, "I'll give it to you. It will be the super sign. It'll be a sign that'll last through all ages. A virgin shall conceive and shall bear a Child, a Son, and they shall call His Name Emmanuel. That's the super sign. That's the Gift that I'm going to give." But It didn't come the way they was expecting It, and they turned It down.

« 49 † So is it tonight, my brother. God's Gift hasn't come the way people wanted It to come, and so they've turned It down. They don't want It. They want It wrapped in the kind of a goods that they want to wrap It in. They want the tinsel on It. They want something flowery, something that's perfumed, something that's glittering, something that's classic. But God don't send It all the time like that. He sends It in the power, the way He wants to send It.

« 50 † Another thing, It was brought by the poor. Mary and Martha, or Martha, rather, or... Mary and Joseph was very poor people. They were peasants. And because It was brought by the poor, they didn't want It.
So is it today. When this great Gift of the Church, the Holy Spirit, falls upon the poor and humble, the rich don't want It. They don't want to humble themselves. They want It with class, but they don't want It the way God sends It. Many people wants to receive the Holy Ghost, but--but they want to get It the way they want It. But, oh, I'm so glad that you can't do it that way. You have to do it the way God sends It to you, and humble ourselves to receive It.

« 52 † It wasn't wrapped in fine linens. It was wrapped in swaddling cloth. Which I'm taught that the very thing that Jesus was wrapped in, the Christ, was the stuff off the back of a yoke of an ox, that was hanging in the stable. He was wrapped in... The swaddling cloth was the--the--where they put the--a rag around the ox's yoke to keep it from rubbing a blister on him when he was pulling. They--they had no clothes for Him. And they... Oh, when I think of that, it nearly breaks my heart: no clothes for Emmanuel, the Creator of heavens and earth. And no clothes for Him to put on, and had to be wrapped in the rag that an ox had worked his neck through. Oh, what a super sign.

« 53 † It ought to be real attractive to the people. Little Jehovah crying like a baby, God made flesh in a Package. God, Who covers all space and time, was before there was a world, or a star, or a molecule, wrapped Himself in a little Package and was laid in a manger in a stable, where the manures of the cattle and sheep, and things up over that stable, and in this little manger, on straw or hay. Jehovah was laying there, crying like a baby. Can you imagine it?

The Dragon at the Nativity Scene
(From John Eldredge) & (Excerpt from CAB)

Most of you probably have a Nativity scene that you take out over the holidays and place on a mantel or coffee table. Most of these scenes share a regular cast of characters: shepherds, wise men, maybe a few barnyard animals, Joseph, Mary, and, of course, the baby Jesus. Yes, ours has an angel or two and I imagine yours does as well. But that’s about as far as the supernatural gets. What is the overall mood of the scene? Don’t they all have a sort of warm, pastoral atmosphere to them, a quiet, intimate feel like the one you get when you sing Silent Night or Away in a Manger? And while that’s all very true, it is also very deceiving because it is not a full picture of what’s really going on. For that, you have to turn to Revelation 12:

A great and wondrous sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth. Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on his heads. His tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter . . . And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. (vv. 1–5, 7–9)

I have never seen this version of the story on a Christmas card. Yet it is the truer story, the rest of the picture of what was going on that fateful night. The birth of Christ is the Great Invasion, “a daring raid by the ruler of the forces of good into the universe’s seat of evil.” Spiritually speaking, this is no silent night. It is D-Day. “It is almost beyond my comprehension too, and yet I accept that this notion is the key to understanding Christmas and is, in fact, the touchstone of my faith. As a Christian I believe that we live in parallel worlds. One world consists of hills and lakes and barns and politicians and shepherds watching their flocks by night. The other consists of angels and sinister forces” and the whole spiritual realm. The child is born, the woman escapes, and the story continues like this:

Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring—those who obey God’s commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus. (Rev. 12:17)

Behind the world and the flesh is an even more deadly enemy . . . one we rarely speak of and are even much less ready to resist. Yet this is where we live now—on the front lines of a fierce spiritual war that is to blame for most of the casualties you see around you and most of the assault against you. It’s time we prepared ourselves for it.

An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages (6 - The Thyatirean Church Age) Rev. William Branham

Now let us read Revelation 13:1-4, and compare this with Revelation 12:1-5. Revelation 13:1-4, “And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?”

Revelation 12:1-5, “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: and she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to His throne.” Satan and his Satanic religion are in both of these beasts.

In Revelation 14, the beast that was wounded unto death but lived again is imperial pagan Rome that fell to the onslaught of the barbarians and thereby lost her temporal power. But she regained it in papal Rome. Do you see it? The nation that ruled by crushing all and which became the strongest empire ever known, was finally wounded to death. Her power was gone physically as to control by armies, etcetera. But under Constantine she came back to life, for papal Rome has infiltrated the whole world, and her power is absolute. She uses kings and merchants and in her deadly religious and financial strength she is governing as the goddess of this present age. She is also the dragon that stood waiting to devour the man child. Herod tried to kill the Lord Jesus and failed. Later Jesus was crucified by Roman soldiers, but now is caught up to the throne.

Now along with what I have just said, recall the vision of Daniel. The last part of the image, the last world power was in the feet. That was iron and clay. See the iron is the Roman Empire. But now it is no longer solid iron. Clay is mixed in it. Yet it is there and running world affairs in both the democratic nations and the more despotic ones. The Romish church is in every nation. It is mixed up in it all.

The Lamb and the snake.

“A rattlesnake bit one of my sheep in the face about a week ago. Deadliest snake that lives around here. The sheep’s face swelled up and hurt her terribly.

But the old rattlesnake didn't know the kind of blood that flows through the sheep. Anti-venom is most often made from sheep's blood. The sheep swelled for about 2 days but the blood of the lamb destroyed the venom of the serpent.

I was worried, but the sheep didn't care. She kept on eating, kept on drinking and kept on climbing because she knew she was alright.

Don't worry about the serpent or his bite, just make sure that the Lamb's Blood is flowing through your veins.”

- Author Unknown

Many years ago when scientists first began making snake anti-venom, they used horses because they are large animals and have more blood to combat the snake venom than other animals. They recently discovered that the blood of lambs is much better at fighting the venom.

Did you hear that? The blood of a lamb is stronger at fighting the venomous bite of a serpent! God is pointing us straight to the answer to all life’s venom. The Blood of the Lamb is the anti-venom!

Leviticus 17:11 - For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

1 John 1:7 - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Revelation 12:11 - And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Did you know the verse “it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter heaven,” does not mean a sewing needle? In ancient times those gates had two large leaves and a smaller door called the eye of the needle intended only for the passage of pedestrians. When the large gates were closed, getting a camel through the eye of the needle, it required the camel to shed its load and bend its legs and neck. It was a difficult task that often left scratches. Jesus’ teaching was not impossible for a rich man to get into heaven but a reminder that whether you are rich or poor you must shed your burdens, bend your necks in obedience, kneel before God and acknowledge Him that He is the only way to salvation. And on this journey you will get scratches along the way. ... See MoreSee Less

Never thought about this before:

I have always thought that Noah was safe inside the Ark because he built it according to God's specifications. I thought that perhaps it was the strength of the gopher wood and the soundness of the architecture that ensured that the waters of the flood would not come into the Ark.

But today I encountered a verse that shifted this whole paradigm. Let's read what Gen 7:16 says ... "The animals going in were male and female of every living thing as God had commanded Noah... THEN GOD SHUT HIM IN....

Don't miss this.... even after Noah had built the Ark, it was God Himself who shut him in, in order to shut out the waters of the flood... In other translations this verse says "The Lord sealed them inside."

It is not the fact that you have locked your house that keeps you safe at night, it is not your good driving skills that keeps you safe on the road, neither it's your healthy eating habits that keeps you healthy - only God can shut you in and shut out the devil that is seeking to devour you.
